Return & Refund Policy for Pava Army Store
Pava Army Store follows a customer-centric return policy designed for the Indian market. Our goal is to provide a frictionless experience for all our outdoor enthusiasts.
1. Return Window
- We offer an Easy 7-Day Return Policy on all eligible items.
- Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
- This applies to our core product categories: Tactical Jackets, Cargo Pants, T-Shirts, and Outdoor Accessories.
- Size-related returns are supported; please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
3. Return Process
- Initiation: You can request a return through your My Account dashboard under the “Orders” tab.
- Pickup: Once approved, our logistics partner, Delhivery, will facilitate the return pickup from your registered address.
- Tracking: You can monitor the status of your return shipment through the Order Tracking page.
4. Refunds & COD Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for payments made via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) will be credited back to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed to your provided bank account once the product passes our quality check.
- Fees: Please note that any specific COD charges (e.g., Rs. 50 fee) paid at the time of purchase may be non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Specific “Final Sale” items or customized products may not be eligible for return; these will be clearly marked with custom badges on the product page.
