Are Pava Army uniforms officially regulation compliant?
Yes. All IPS, State Police, STF, BSF, and National Cadet Corps (NCC) uniforms are manufactured strictly in compliance with official uniform regulation codes. This includes the precise khaki shade, sleeve fittings, shoulder strap dimensions, pocket placement, and stitch patterns. We have been supplying official groups in Chhattisgarh and neighboring states since 2018.
How do I order custom sizes for a whole batallion or squad?
For custom institutional orders, please visit our Bulk Orders Page and use our estimate calculator. Once you submit a query, our Raipur-based design desk will email you a standardized measurement Excel sheet. You can log cadet heights, chest, and waist dimensions, and we will custom-stitch each unit accordingly
What are the shipping times and charges?
Shipping is 100% free across India on both prepaid and COD orders. All retail orders are dispatched from our Raipur depot within 24 hours. Transit times vary by location: local Chhattisgarh shipments take 1-2 days, while metro cities and border stations take 3-5 working days.
Do you support custom logo embroidery or Velcro badge blocks?
Yes, we support both. We have computer-controlled multi-head embroidery machines that can stitch complex crests (police stars, national emblems, institutional logos) directly onto shirts or caps. We can also mount heavy-duty hook-and-loop velcro blocks on sleeves/chests for modular badge application.
What is your size replacement policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day size replacement policy. If a shirt, trouser, or pair of commando boots does not fit comfortably, contact us on our WhatsApp portal, and we will schedule a free courier pickup from your address and dispatch the correct size.
Can I pay via cash on delivery (COD) for bulk orders?
For standard retail orders, Cash on Delivery is fully supported up to ₹10,000. For large institutional wholesale purchases exceeding ₹10,000, we require a 30% advance deposit to begin custom fabric cutting and embroidery; the remaining 70% can be settled on logistics delivery (COD/Bank transfer).
